Service Description

Vorza is a SaaS for OnlyFans agencies and content operators. Active services:

• TrendFinder: database of trending OF Instagram reels with filtering, updated twice a day.
• Content Spoofer: generates up to 100 unique variants of an uploaded image or video file.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in USD/EUR and are clearly indicated on our pricing page. Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed by Whop (whop.com). Vorza does not store payment card data. All refund and dispute handling routes through Whop's standard process. Contact [email protected] if you need help.

Service Delivery

All services are delivered digitally via web platform access. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your subscription plan features through your account dashboard.

1. Scope of Services

Vorza provides access to AI-powered tools for content creation, automation, and media editing. These services are available through our web platform (vorza.ai) based on the selected subscription plan.

2. User Obligations

You agree to use the platform lawfully and ethically. Any misuse, including spamming, harassment, or infringing on third-party rights, is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is assumed to be done by you.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99 percent uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily impact service availability.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, and tools on Vorza are the exclusive property of the company. You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or repurpose the platform or its elements.

6. Payment, Pricing & Limits

All services require upfront payment. Subscriptions are billed based on your selected plan and may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Pricing: Prices are displayed clearly on our pricing page in USD/EUR. All prices are final and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment Methods: Payments are processed by Whop (whop.com). All payment methods are subject to the terms and conditions of Whop and the respective card networks.
• Transaction Limits: The minimum transaction limit is 1.00 EUR/USD. Maximum transaction limits may apply based on your payment method and account verification status.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed immediately upon checkout. In rare cases, payment verification may take up to 24 hours due to security checks.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in USD or EUR. Currency conversion fees may apply based on your payment method and bank policies.

7. Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of double charges or technical failures not caused by the user. For details, see our Refund Policy below.

8. Termination

Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or terminated without prior notice or refund.

General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services (SaaS), all purchases are non-refundable. This policy is in accordance with standard practices for digital subscription services.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only in the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate Billing: If you are charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately upon verification.
• Technical Malfunction: If a proven technical failure on our side prevents you from accessing the service you purchased, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.
• Unauthorized Transaction: If you can prove that a transaction was made without your authorization, we will investigate and issue a refund if the claim is valid.

Refund Request Process

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all paid features until the subscription period expires.

Note: Canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Delivery Method

All services are delivered digitally through the following methods:

• Login Credentials: Access is granted to your existing account or a new account is created automatically

Delivery Timing

All digital services are delivered instantly after successful payment confirmation. In most cases, access is granted within seconds of payment completion.

In rare cases, delays of up to 24 hours may occur due to:

• Security verification checks
• Payment processing verification
• Account verification requirements
• Technical maintenance (advance notice will be provided when possible)

Access Notification
